Here are some key rules and regulations for prospective and current members

  • Roaring Brook Club application – applications for membership must be received before the annual meeting which will be June 12, 2021 this year.  All applications will be presented before the members at the meeting and voted on.  Applicants will be notified by mail if they are accepted or not.
  • Dues for the fiscal year will be $500 and shall be due on or before the annual meeting each year.
  • Each member shall have the right to take one (1) member of his immediate family as a guest for purpose of hunting. Immediate family shall be defined as a spouse and offspring under the age of eighteen (18) years of age or, if a student, under twenty-one (21) years of age.
  • Guest taken for the purpose of hunting, other than a member of the immediate family, shall be charged $25.00 each guest per day. A member shall not bring in more than one guest at any time during hunting season.
  • All guests Fee’s must be paid by January 1 following the hunting season.
  • Each member shall be responsible for registering his guest in the registration book. Also each member will be responsible for completing the Liability papers required by Molpus for themselves and any guest.
  • Reservation of the main camp for the off season may be done by calling the Secretary and he will record the dates you wish to reserve the camp. The payment of ½ Dues will be required before any reservation will be taken.
  • A fee of $5.00 per day, per adult for the main camp in the off season will be charged if you make a reservation. If reservation is not to be used notify the Club Secretary of Cancellation.
  • Any new camp can be built with Hunting Clubs Board approval and must be in an area located between the K&M Club Line and the horse barn located within reason along the main logging road between these two points. The approval of Molpus will also be required.
  • Any member that is 60 years old is exempt to make any further work days, regardless of number of years that they have paid dues.
  • A guest that is on the club to fish must pay a $5.00 per day guest fee.
  • A member may buy a guest ticket book for $125.00. This gives him seven (7) guest days. The guest book must be bought before hunting season starts.
  • One person may not be a guest for more than five (5) days in any one hunting season.
  • Camp Reservations shall be limited to two (2) on the Calendar at any time.
  • A Camp Permanent reservation for the first weekend of June will be held for the Camp Fishing weekend.
  • No Camp Reservations will be taken from Labor Day to Dec.15th.  The Main Camp will be available for use by all members during this time.
  • No loaded firearms shall be kept in any camp building, or taken into any building, vehicle, boat within the boundaries of the club property.
  • If a member sees a violation of the rules, he shall report this in writing to the President. The President shall call a meeting of the Board of Directors within 30 days to take action on the violation.
